Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Breez assistant, website and related services (“Breez”), operated by AI Foundry Ventures LLP(“we”, “us”). By using Breez you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Breez is an AI assistant that helps professionals manage deadlines, documents, communications and personal-productivity tasks across messaging channels. Features depend on your plan (see Pricing).

2. Eligibility

Breez is for users aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Accounts & access

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the permissions you grant (for example, connecting an email or calendar). Breez acts only on the access you grant and previews sensitive actions for your confirmation.

4. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are inclusive of 18% GST. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Breez for unlawful purposes, to infringe others’ rights, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to upload content you have no right to share.

6. Not professional advice

Breez provides general assistance and information. It is not a substitute for professional advice — it does not provide medical, financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before acting on it.

7. Intellectual property

Breez and its content are owned by AI Foundry Ventures LLP. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and third-party platforms (e.g. messaging providers) may affect availability outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of Breez is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

You may stop using Breez at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination you can request deletion of your data per the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
