Refund & Cancellation Policy

Breez (operated by AI Foundry Ventures LLP) is a monthly subscription service. This policy explains how to cancel and when refunds apply.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time — message the Breez assistant or email hello@aifoundryventures.com. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; it is not cut off mid-period.

2. Refunds

  • Current period. Subscription fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, because access remains available for the rest of that period after cancellation.
  • Failed, duplicate or erroneous charges. If you are charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), we will refund it in full.
  • Service issues. If a paid feature is materially unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, contact us — we will review and may issue a pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval (your bank may take a little longer to reflect it). The GST component is adjusted accordingly.

5. Promotional access

Complimentary or promotional access has no cash value and is not eligible for a refund.
